A PRE-ORDER is a product that is available to order but isn't currently in stock.  Therefore it will take 2 - 4 weeks (give or take) to arrive to our warehouse and ship out to you.  We ask that you are patient with us during this time as the timing is out of our control at that point but will still get to you!  If anything changes we will email you ASAP!

PRE-ORDERS take on average 2- 4 weeks as it was stated in the description of the product you ordered.  For other orders, I am currently a one women show ( besides my virtual assistant ) I do EVERYTHING myself.  Although I wish I could get everyones order shipped out the same day,  I am only one person trying to package 100+ orders a day.  So please show some grace,  and have some patients with me as I try to get everyones order shipped out in a timely manner.   1 - 2 weeks to ship out.  ( if it has taken longer than that please email us ) 

If we are going to restock something,  we WILL make a post for you guys.  So make sure you are following our social medias.  Between ALL the emails and DMs we get,  answering about restocks our put on the back burner and answered when we have the time.  So you best chance at staying updated will be to follow our social medias!

No we do NOT ship on weekends, OR answer emails on weekends. So kindly,  don't get upset with us if your email was not answered over the weekend.  Thank you!!

No,  as of now we only ship inside the US.

If you did not receive an order conformation please check your SPAM if its not there,  you most likely entered the incorrect email on your order. Therefore you won't be able to receive tracking information.  Please email us geauxsauvage@gmail.com and we will correct your email + re-send an order conformation for you.
